Koganemura is a remote farming village, populated by refugees banished from Gotham.
Its people have lived modestly, growing rice and raising livestock in relative peace.
However, recent unrest has left smaller villages like Koganemura vulnerable to chaos incursions.
The villagers have nobody to protect them.
Hearing of vigilante ‘Guardian Angels’ from Gotham, they have pooled their meager resources to
seek aid.
