My alternative on Facebook French flag filter

Paris attacks: Facebook introduces French flag filter to let you show solidarity with victims

Just the day before, Beiroet was bombed by Daesh, where was the international solidarity & outrage?
Where was the facebook safety check for Beirut?
Is there a double standard Beirut-Paris?

Anyway, it did not feel good for me to use the French symbols to show my solidarity with victims of terrorism. instead  I chose PAX CULTURA ‘The necessity for protection of the cultural product and activity of the world—both during war and peace—’

This mission statement remembers me of Mencius: If the king loves music, there is little wrong in the land.

later that night
i held an atlas in my lap
ran my fingers across the whole world
and whispered
where does it hurt?

it answered
everywhere
everywhere
everywhere.
