Fitna The Movie = A Hoax…1 April!!!

It should be fairly obvious by now that there is no “Fitna” movie. No movie to insult Islam or Muslims or anyone else for that matter. The month of April is upon us, we all know the month of April starts with the 1st April and that day is famous for (practical) jokes.

Holland might not be considered as a country with a great sense of humour but ever once in awhile even in Holland they crack a joke. So, bottom line; if you are here to find the Famous Fitna movie I guess you have been had !!!

The foggy dew

As down the glen one Easter morn to a city fair rode I
There Armed lines of marching men in squadrons passed me by
No fife did hum nor battle drum did sound it’s dread tatoo
But the Angelus bell o’er the Liffey swell rang out through the foggy dew

Right proudly high over Dublin Town they hung out the flag of war
‘Twas better to die ‘neath an Irish sky than at Sulva or Sud El Bar
And from the plains of Royal Meath strong men came hurrying through
While Britannia’s Huns, with their long range guns sailed in through the foggy dew

‘Twas Britannia bade our Wild Geese go that small nations might be free
But their lonely graves are by Sulva’s waves or the shore of the Great North Sea
Oh, had they died by Pearse’s side or fought with Cathal Brugha
Their names we will keep where the fenians sleep ‘neath the shroud of the foggy dew

But the bravest fell, and the requiem bell rang mournfully and clear
For those who died that Eastertide in the springing of the year
And the world did gaze, in deep amaze, at those fearless men, but few
Who bore the fight that freedom’s light might shine through the foggy dew

Ah, back through the glen I rode again and my heart with grief was sore
For I parted then with valiant men whom I never shall see more
But to and fro in my dreams I go and I’d kneel and pray for you,
For slavery fled, O glorious dead, When you fell in the foggy dew.

Free Tibet

Maybe there’s a country you haven’t heard about yet
High in the mountains north of India, a place called Tibet
People living there’s highest aspiration
Was to be the kindest person in the nation
No, it wasn’t a contest
They weren’t into competition
But they knew when you plant a seed it grows to fruition
It’s like the golden rule
As you sow shall you reap
They understood that karma runs pretty deep
Oh yeah, oh yeah, oh yeah, free Tibet

It went on like that for 12 or 13 hundred years
They could see the way things really are,
They could see really clear
Then one day the Chinese government invaded to liberate them
Chairman Mao always taught that power comes from the barrel of a gun
The rest of the story is a tragedy still going on
When you put love up against lead it doesn’t take long
Oh yeah, oh yeah, oh yeah, free Tibet

So far they murdered a million unarmed Tibetans for their religious belief
They’ve laid the land to waste, there is only grief
6000 temples have been destroyed, nuns and monks imprisoned in this drama
And people have been thrown in jail for possessing a picture of His Holiness the Dalai Lama
You better take notice, even if now you think you’re doing fine
When they come knocking through your door
You’ve run out of time
Oh yeah, oh yeah, oh yeah, free Tibet
Free Tibet, Free Tibet, Free Tibet

Over the rainbow

Somewhere over the rainbow
Way up high
There’s a land that I heard of
Once in a lullaby

Somewhere over the rainbow
Skies are blue
And the dreams that you dare to dream
Really do come true

Some day I’ll wish upon a star
And wake up where the clouds are far behind me
Where troubles melt like lemondrops
Away above the chimney tops
That’s where you’ll find me

Somewhere over the rainbow
Bluebirds fly
Birds fly over the rainbow
Why then, oh why can’t I?
Some day I’ll wish upon a star
And wake up where the clouds are far behind me
Where troubles melt like lemondrops
Away above the chimney tops
That’s where you’ll find me

Somewhere over the rainbow
Bluebirds fly
Birds fly over the rainbow
Why then, oh why can’t I?

If happy little bluebirds fly
Beyond the rainbow
Why, oh why can’t I?

Le Printemps

Le printemps est arrivé,
Sors de ta maison.
Le printemps est arrivé,
La belle saison.
L’amour et la joie
Sont revenus chez toi
Vive la vie, vive le vent,
Vive les filles en tablier blanc
Vive la vie, vive le vent,
Et vive le printemps.

Dépêche toi, dépêche toi,
Ne perds pas de temps
Taile ton arbre et sème ton champ
Gagne ton pain blanc
L’hirondelle et la fauvette
C’est la fôret qui me l’a dit
L’hirondelle et la fauvette
Ont déjà fait leur nid. Oui!

Y’a le printemps qui te réveille,
T’as le bonjour du printemps
Y’a le printemps qui t’ensolleille
Oh, le coquin de printemps
Y’a le printemps qui te réveille,
T’as le bonjour du printemps

Le printemps nous a donné
Le joli lilas
Le printemps nous a donné
Du rire en éclats
Et plein de bonheur
Pour nous chauffer le coer
Vive la vie, vive le vent,
Vive les filles en tablier blanc
Vive la vie, vive le vent,
Et vive le printemps.

Dépêche toi, dépêche toi,
Ne perds pas de temps
Donne ta séve et donne ton sang
Pour faire un enfant
L’hirondelle et la fauvette
C’est la fôret qui me l’a dit
L’hirondelle et la fauvette
Ont déjà des petits. Oui!

Y’a le printemps qui te réveille,
T’as le bonjour du printemps
Y’a le printemps qui t’ensolleille
Oh, le coquin de printemps
Y’a le printemps qui te réveille,
T’as le bonjour du printemps

For Everyman

Everybody I talk to is ready to leave
With the light of the morning
Theyve seen the end coming down long enough to believe
That theyve heard their last warning
Standing alone
Each has his own ticket in his hand
And as the evening descends
I sit thinking bout everyman

Seems like Ive always been looking for some other place
To get it together
Where with a few of my friends I could give up the race
And maybe find something better
But all my fine dreams
Well though out schemes to gain the motherland
Have all eventually come down to waiting for everyman

Waiting here for everyman–
Make it on your own if you think you can
If you see somewhere to go I understand
Waiting here for everyman–
Dont ask me if hell show — baby I dont know

Make it on your own if you think you can
Somewhere later on youll have to take a stand
Then youre going to need a hand

Everybodys just waiting to hear from the one
Who can give them the answers
And lead them back to that place in the warmth of the sun
Where sweet childhood still dances
Wholl come along
And hold out that strong and gentle fathers hand?
Long ago I heard someone say something bout everyman

Waiting here for everyman–
Make it on your own if you think you can
If you see somewhere to go I understand

Im not trying to tell you that Ive seen the plan
Turn and walk away if you think I am–
But dont think too badly of one whos left holding sand
Hes just another dreamer, dreaming bout everyman

Jackson Browne
