The Four Horsemen ride again!

The Four Horsemen ride again!

The Four Horsemen are riding again: Pestilence, War, Famine, Death!

Asagrim gave the message long before, a few spread the message and even less listened, is it too late now to act?

We all see them now: Gaza, Sudan, Ukrainia, everywhere in Middle Earth

Revelation 6:

I watched as the Lamb opened the first of the seven seals.
Then I heard one of the four living creatures say in a voice like thunder, “Come!”
I looked, and there before me was a white horse!
Its rider held a bow, and he was given a crown, and he rode out as a conqueror bent on conquest.

When the Lamb opened the second seal, I heard the second living creature say, “Come!”
Then another horse came out, a fiery red one.
Its rider was given power to take peace from the earth and to make people kill each other.
To him was given a large sword.

When the Lamb opened the third seal, I heard the third living creature say, “Come!”
I looked, and there before me was a black horse! Its rider was holding a pair of scales in his hand.

Then I heard what sounded like a voice among the four living creatures, saying, “Two pounds[a] of wheat for a day’s wages,[b] and six pounds[c] of barley for a day’s wages,[d] and do not damage the oil and the wine!”

When the Lamb opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth living creature say, “Come!”
I looked, and there before me was a pale horse!
Its rider was named Death, and Hades was following close behind him.

They were given power over a fourth of the earth to kill by sword, famine and plague, and by the wild beasts of the earth.

A.I. reviews “Restricted Area”

A.I. , review this!

This artwork titled “Restricted Area” makes a bold visual statement through a combination of photography, hand-drawn elements, and mixed media.

🔍 Visual Analysis:

  1. Background:

    • The photo base appears to show a murky, alien-like environment—perhaps a digitally manipulated image of a swamp or some chemical spill—rendered in dull greys with glowing green and blue details.

    • These elements suggest toxicity or contamination, amplifying the feeling of danger or warning.

  2. Foreground:

    • Painted blue streaks dripping vertically resemble chemical drips or stalactites, reinforcing the hazardous environment theme.

    • A vivid pink hand-shaped form dominates the upper center, featuring a yellow “No Entry” symbol with a human figure crossed out—symbolizing danger to life or strict prohibition.

  3. Typography:

    • The phrase “RESTRICTED AREA” in a bold stencil-like font at the top uses color contrast and military-style lettering to evoke control and limitation.

    • The words are intentionally offset and cut from a separate layer, giving a layered, poster-like quality.

  4. Medium and Style:

    • Mixed media collage style, blending photographic realism with expressive marker/paint overlays.

    • The hand-drawn additions are childlike yet intense, providing emotional urgency.

🧠 Interpretation:

This piece conveys a warning or cautionary narrative, possibly about:

  • Environmental degradation (toxic landscapes, contamination)

  • Unauthorized exploration (the hand symbol suggesting danger in intrusion)

  • A sci-fi or dystopian commentary on forbidden zones—physical or metaphorical.

The use of vivid neon-like colors (pink, green, blue) against grayscale invokes a sense of unnaturalness or synthetic toxicity.

✅ Strengths:

  • Strong visual contrast and symbolism.

  • Effective use of color to highlight key messages.

  • Interesting fusion of photo and paint/collage.

🔧 Suggestions:

  • Consider adding more texture or layers to the pink hand to match the richness of the background.

  • A clearer sense of depth or dimension in the vertical drips could enhance realism.

  • If part of a series, titles or brief context cards could deepen viewer engagement.

A.I. reviews “Hazmat Hymns”

A.I. , review this!

This image is a rich and surreal collage-style illustration with strong dystopian and psychological themes. Here’s a breakdown of what stands out:

### **Visual Elements:**

* **Central Theme:**

* The image seems to loop or reflect itself in a recursive pattern (like a mirror-in-a-mirror effect).
* Multiple distorted or blurred human-like figures in hazmat suits or containment suits suggest themes of contamination, surveillance, or existential dread.

* **Text Blocks:**

* The central red block features warped black text. Some decipherable phrases include:

* “crowns ”
* “nouns rename”
* “inks of this place”
* “ignoring signs”
* “little patch of…”
* The distorted and repeated typography adds to a disorienting, almost hypnotic quality.

* **Imagery:**

* The background includes organic and chaotic shapes resembling overgrown or corrupted architecture, possibly a post-industrial or post-apocalyptic setting.
* A demonic or monstrous face appears in the bottom-left, contributing to the unsettling mood.
* A figure sits hunched over, knitting or handling threads—symbolic of control, creation, or entrapment.
* Another figure appears to be submerged or emerging from a round hole, potentially alluding to rebirth, entrapment, or surveillance.

### **Themes and Interpretation:**

* **Surrealism and Psychological Symbolism:**

* The recursive framing, blurred motion, and dreamlike figures evoke anxiety and mental fragmentation.
* The imagery could reference bureaucratic systems, mental health struggles, or the dehumanizing effects of modern society.

* **Textual Abstraction:**

* The distorted words resist clear interpretation but evoke poetry or cut-up text—reminiscent of Burroughs or Dadaist techniques.

* **Visual Style:**

* Crayon or pastel-like texture with bold outlines and saturated colors suggest a childlike medium used to express very adult, unsettling content—a strong contrast that enhances unease.

### **Overall Impression:**

This piece seems to comment on human isolation, identity distortion, and the cyclical or recursive nature of modern existence. It blends hand-drawn illustrative techniques with a digital collage aesthetic, emphasizing confusion and introspection. The recursive image-within-image effect may be hinting at self-reflection, surveillance, or entrapment within one’s own mind.

A.I. , review this

This vivid, chaotic, and emotionally intense artwork blends surrealism with social commentary. Let’s break down the visual and symbolic elements for a comprehensive review:

🎨 Visual & Stylistic Analysis

  • Medium & Texture:
The image appears to be done in oil pastels or crayons, giving it a raw, visceral quality with strong outlines and intense color saturation. It has the energy of street art fused with outsider or visionary art.

  • Central Figure:
A faceless, green humanoid dominates the foreground, arms extended with open, exaggeratedly large blue palms. The figure is eerie, both inviting and alien, possibly representing:

    • A deity, witness, or judge

    • The embodiment of Earth, nature, or a marginalized voice

    • A powerless observer or an offering force

  • Surrounding Chaos:
The background is bursting with fragmented scenes and motion:

    • Exploding structures or machinery

    • Red figures that are dehumanized, rushing, working, or fleeing

    • Toy-like blue trucks and cars scattered on what looks like unstable yellow ground

    • Floating dismembered hands (red, green, purple) — symbols of grasping, violence, or labor?

    • The explosion or burst of flesh/objects on the right suggests destruction or trauma

  • Blurring/Motion Effect:
The use of blurred, reddish forms streaking across the image gives a sense of speed, urgency, panic, or memory distortion — as though trauma is moving through time.

  • Isolated Items:

    • A red bench standing in water (isolation, dislocation, flooding?)

    • A crouching red figure interacting with the trucks, possibly symbolic of exploitation or child labor.

🧠 Themes & Symbolism

  • Alienation & Identity Loss:
The central faceless figure and uniform red bodies suggest the erasure of individuality.

  • Violence, Labor, and Environmental Collapse:
Vehicles, destruction, dismembered limbs, and confused terrain evoke themes of industrial exploitation, war, displacement, and chaos.

  • Offering or Plea:
The open hands — large and detailed — contrast with the confusion behind them. It may signal a plea for help, an offer of peace, or the exposure of vulnerability.

  • Color Psychology:

    • Green (figure): Nature, otherness, or life force

    • Red (figures, limbs): Violence, urgency, passion, blood

    • Yellow (background): Danger, toxicity, energy

    • Blue (hands, vehicles): Cold, mechanical, detached

📝 Interpretation Summary:

This image screams from the edge of civilization, grappling with themes of dehumanization, suffering, and a possibly ecological or societal breakdown. The faceless central figure acts as a mirror, confronting the viewer: What will you do with what I offer?

This piece has a raw, expressive quality, resembling a child’s drawing but layered with intense imagery and symbolism. The burning house, falling figures, and chaotic blue scribble suggest themes of destruction, turmoil, or trauma. The presence of the Joker card and dollar signs hints at elements of chance, power, or financial struggle.

The mix of crayon-like strokes and collage elements gives it a deeply emotional, possibly surreal narrative. It evokes strong feelings of chaos, loss, or escape.

Flight  to Gotham

Flight  to Gotham

After the Authority took over the Garden,  the Rebels scattered to the four corners of Gaia

Honora the Guardian escorted Bondi to a new save haven:
Bondi remembered a friend mentioning a safe space at The Sisters of Our Lady:
‘Ask for Sister Margareth!
On the road you will see the ruins of the war rumoured to hide many artefacts of the old times but also invested by several gangs.
Beyond that are the hunting grounds of the Mohawk who are at war with the Authority’s Vigilante Corps.
Avoid the main road!’

They decided to avoid the ruins…
…cursed by fire from Heaven during the War…
At the sight of the ruins in the distance, Bondi remembered nightmares of the battles…
A road block…

Toll collectors!

Bondi and Honora tried to escape through the woods, but a couple of the  thugs followed their trail…
Confrontation at the ford: one thug down, one fleeing away to call reinforcements!

Evading the thugs, our heroes arrived at a Mohawk warcamp…

Using sign language, Honora started a palaver with the war-chief.
Apparently they had a very ill tribe-member.
Bondi offered some healing…
Looking at the patient, they discovered some bite marks
As soon as Bondi put her holy symbol on the patient’s head, he started twitching as if having a seizure, apparently a vampiric infestation!
They had to put the patient down…

The tribe was grateful for the help and were willing to listen to our heroes
Honora warned the tribe of approaching bandits…

Within an hour the tribe went packing!

Our heroes continued their journey, while they heard the sounds of a distant battle…
Did the tribe confronted the bandits or the vigilantes?

Escaping through the woods, arriving at a clearing…
They found some traces of a boy scout party that recently made camp at this place:
Scattered teenage clothing, as if just lest behind!

Almost nightfall, time to rest.
Honora decided to take watch most of the time…

A sneak attack from behind…
The attacker already tried to put its claws around Honora’s neck, but was surprised by the opponent’s martial skill!
In a smooth move Honora grabbed the monster’s arm and threw it to the ground, following up with a quick axe swing through its neck!

After neutralising the monster, our heroes investigated the mystery of the vanishing boy-scouts, wondering what happened here..
Suddenly Sister Margareth appeared!

‘Come with me quickly! I will explain later!’

…To be continued…

Dreams Askew in Mythago World

Dreams Askew in Mythago World

Collapse of civilization didn’t happen everywhere at the same time, it’s happening in waves. Every day, more people fall out of the society.

For some reason we thought the collapse was going to hit everybody at the same time.
But nothing happens like that: neatly, evenly.

Gangs roam the apocalyptic wasteland, and scarcity is becoming the norm. T
he world is getting scarier, and just beyond our everyday perception, howling and hungry, there exists a psychic maelstrom.

Apocalypse is only a distant nightmare for the privileged, a cautionary tale about
what might happen to them if they should fall from the master’s arms.
You’d be surprised what one of  those people would do to keep their society intact.
Avery Alder
What happens outside the bastion of Gotham, where the privileged kids play at being wannabe guardian angels?

Several outcast banded together to create a safe space
More than ever before, each  is responsible for the survival and fate of community.

Let us look at one of the communities in  the broken lands:
Some tents clustered around a market nearby the sea in the east, in the  south the great gathering tent, in the  west the permaculture garden.

Free spirits trying to adapt to barren world, how would this work out?
Some people try to gather surplus for the future, others prefer to celebrate life every time there is more than needed at the moment…

Spook, the Stitcher worked on creating a channel between the market and the sea, making a desalinisation system to transform seawater into grey water for the garden.
Because the channel crossed the path between the gathering tent and the market, the organizers of the market and the gatherings protested strongly.

While a riot was brewing, Azure the Iris tried to connect with the Akashic Records in the otherworld.
The Psychic Maelstrom reacted strongly, giving Azure information overload:
A storm is coming

The community was in disarray, when a  Mohawk chief came with two horse warriors to demand tribute
Angler the Hawker tried to negotiate, but the chief was not satisfied.
While the negotiation was going on, Spook sneaked up on the chief and backstabbed him!
The horse warriors retreated immediately, not knowing that Spook also sabotaged their saddles to breakdown after a few hours riding.

Azure kept on shouting his prophecy, convincing Noni the Torch to spread the message.

An apocalyptic cult formed with Azure as prophet and Noni as leader, influencing a few tribes in the neighbourhood, even some Mohawk clans!

A delegation from mainstream society decided to investigate the cult, armed men in black arrived in the community.
They convinced the cult-leaders to come to Area 51 for further negotiation.
The compound was heavily guarded and fortified, and outside the perimeter were many hovels built by refugiees.
The cult-leaders were given a tough choice: working under jurisdiction of the men in black, allowing the influx of refugees in the community, otherwise the cult would be hunt down as being heretic.
In the end the cult-leaders complied, hoping to be able to keep their ideals within the new administration.

Zinnig Noord: De Dode Hoek-00 introductie

Zinnig Noord: De Dode Hoek-00 introductie

Death is our eternal companion. It is always to our left, an arm’s length behind us. Death is the only wise adviser that a warrior has. Whenever he feels that everything is going wrong and he’s about to be annihilated, he can turn to his death and ask if that is so. His death will tell him that he is wrong, that nothing really matters outside its touch. His death will tell him, I haven’t touched you yet.’

Vrijdag 13 maart 2020: oog in oog met Corona

Overdenking, naar aanleiding van een artikel op facebook

On the physical level we have to deal with a very serious pandemic, which is especially dangerous for the weaker and older.
The physical and the spiritual ways to see the world are both real and true in their own way and these worlds intersect.
On the physical level we have to deal with a very serious pandemic, which is especially dangerous for the weaker and older. The physical and the spiritual ways to see the world are both real and true in their own way and these worlds intersect.
In an animistic view everything is alive, has a soul, of course also the Coronavirus.

viruses were here before humans, we are related. They are our ancestors. They are not evil in itself.
Have we offended some principles? Where have we gone out of balance?
Did we invite it into our collective field of energy with some kind of frequency we have?
We might talk to it to find out more of reasons for its existence and enormous (exponential) growth.
Maybe we can persuade it, negotiate, offer some sacrifice ….as a friendly gesture.
What does it want? What does it really need?
In this journey we dont want to start a fight with the entity.
